Fitness is a big part of Bridgette's life, especially now that she's a mom. It's her outlet so that she can be functional and active around her children, and it's a place for her to have a community and connect. She gets her passion for fitness from her mom, who was always fit as she was growing up and inspired her to be the same.
She never found anything that stuck or that she loved until she discovered boxing 5 years ago. She heard about a gym close to her house and decided to give it a try, and was hooked from the start. She called her husband and said, "This is my new home, I will see you occasionally."
Bridgette has been coaching on and off for over three years. She loves people and creating connections and relationships. "It's really fulfilling to help people accomplish the things they want to accomplish." She's found that being active in general is helped by really good mentors and coaches and aspires to help people in the same way. She likes the variety of options available to members at Anatomy, whether it's taking a class or lifting, and there's a really solid community here that is all working together towards your best interest every day.
