Looking for a fun way to get fit? Whether you're new to boxing or fitness or looking to level up your skills, our group classes will help you reach those goals. Every day will have a fun, new workout to challenge you and teach you to be a better boxer, better athlete, and overall healthier person.
We offer a variety of classes mornings and evenings. Please check the daily class schedule for days and hours of each class.
Boxing & Fitness
We’ll move between bag rounds and strength & conditioning rounds in this 60 minute high intensity fitness and boxing class. Designed for every fitness level.
Heavy Hitter
This 60 minute heavy bag focused class will sharpen your bag skills and condition you for endurance in the ring. 16 Rounds of bag work with 4 rounds of strength and conditioning work in between. We’ll work speed, endurance, technique, power, and footwork.
Strength & Conditioning
This is a fast paced, low rest, 30 minute burner. We’ll make full use of the gym, and push your conditioning to the next level.
Boxing Fundamentals
This 30 minute class is designed to teach beginners the fundamentals of boxing. You’ll learn the basics of punches, head movement, and footwork, and build your boxing from the ground up while still getting a solid workout. Perfect for members new to boxing.
Skills & Drills
Tap into the knowledge of our experienced coaches to step beyond the bag. Coaches will take you off the bag and focus on footwork, drills, and mitt work. Every class is unique to the coach teaching it!
Weight Lifting
Every week we'll work full body over 60 minutes, and you'll have
expert guidance in using all the weights and functional
equipment in the gym. Great for everyone from the novice to the
heavy lifter.
Mitt Work Monday
Much like our heavy hitter class, but with two segments focused
on mitt work. great for honing your skills for better bag work
or in the ring. Plus, the cardio is killer.
HIGH Fit
This fun fueled 60 minute class will up your cardio and footwork, and you'll have a blast doing it!
Once a month, we have a Stretch class and a Zumba class as well! Check the schedule for the dates and times

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
